Application sequence

The public application form collects an applicant’s training selection, contact details, professional category, relevant experience range, intended outcome, optional affiliate code, and required acknowledgements. It does not accept identity, background, medical, licence, or reference files.

1. Application received with a unique reference.
2. Initial staff review for course fit and completeness.
3. External-platform instructions and any applicable document follow-up are sent separately.
4. The Training Director makes the admission decision.
5. Approved applicants receive an invoice.
6. Payment reserves the place and enrolment is confirmed.

Core eligibility for Online / Scenario-Based Training

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and may select training based on their professional interests, responsibilities, operational needs, or planned professional development.

For standard online courses, admission requires:

• Completed application form and valid contact details.
• Valid government-issued identification document or passport.
• Acceptance of applicable ISA-MKD conduct, confidentiality, legal, and assessment requirements.

Additional screening and documentation

Additional screening or documentation may be required for selected operational training where legal, safety, licensing, or physical requirements apply.

For Close Protection, Armorer Operator, Security/Protection Driver, and weapons-related training, ISA-MKD may require:

• Criminal Background verification in accordance with applicable law.
• Medical fitness confirmation appropriate to the physical and operational demands of the training.
• Relevant licences, certifications, or other supporting documentation where specifically required.

Specific requirements are communicated to the applicant during the admission review.

Ethics, confidentiality, and approval

Every participant must accept the Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Policy before training begins. Final admission is confirmed only after review and approval by the Training Director.

• Information supplied in an application must be true, complete, and current.
• Falsified documents, material nondisclosure, or ethical concerns may result in rejection or withdrawal from training.
• ISA-MKD may refuse admission or withdraw a participant if eligibility requirements are not met or are no longer maintained.

Training does not confer operational authority, legal powers, or jurisdiction. Participants remain subject to the law and professional rules applicable to their role and location.
