Acceptance and scope
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or application, or enrolling in training, you agree to these terms and to any course-specific requirements provided before enrolment. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use restricted training services.
Course descriptions are provided for information and may be updated to reflect safety, legal, operational, or instructional requirements. A participant’s confirmed course documents and written agreement take priority where they differ from a general website description.
Applications, admission, and certification
Admission is subject to screening, identity and background verification where applicable, course suitability, and approval by the Training Director. ISA-MKD may refuse or withdraw participation when eligibility, safety, integrity, or conduct requirements are not met.
Certification is awarded only after the participant satisfies the defined attendance, assessment, competence, and integrity requirements. Participation does not guarantee certification.
A Certificate of Achievement issued for the free civilian-awareness course records completion only. It does not provide tactical certification, licensing, operational authority, authorization to perform security duties, or law-enforcement authority.
Fees, cancellation, and changes
Fees, payment deadlines, refund eligibility, transfers, rescheduling, and course cancellation are governed by the published Fees & Payment terms and any written course agreement.
ISA-MKD may change an instructor, venue, schedule, delivery method, or assessment arrangement when reasonably necessary for safety, quality, operational constraints, or force majeure.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Website content, course materials, manuals, templates, scenarios, branding, and proprietary methodology remain the property of ISA-MKD or the relevant rights holder. Access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and provided solely for lawful professional learning and application.
- Do not copy, publish, sell, distribute, upload, or create unauthorized derivative training materials.
- Do not share account access, assessment content, answer keys, or restricted scenarios.
- Do not use the website or training material for unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or harmful activity.
Operational disclaimer and liability
ISA-MKD provides education and professional development, not operational command, legal authorization, or a guarantee of employment or operational outcome. Application of training outside the controlled learning environment remains the responsibility of the participant and their organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISA-MKD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website availability, reliance on general website information, or misuse of training content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law, updates, and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply to a participant in another jurisdiction. Updated terms take effect when published, unless a later date is stated.
