Online Courses
The Modules Quiz may be repeated without limit until the required passing score is achieved.
After passing the Modules Quiz, the participant may attempt the Final Course Training Scenario a maximum of three times.
If the participant does not pass the Final Course Training Scenario after all three attempts, they must restart the course from the beginning. This requires completing the learning modules and passing the Modules Quiz again before receiving three new attempts at the Final Course Training Scenario.
The participant may repeat this process until the Final Course Training Scenario is passed, with no additional course or retake fees.
In-Person Courses
A participant who does not pass one module receives remedial training and may complete up to three reassessment attempts for that module. If the participant does not pass after three reassessment attempts, they must repeat the in-person training in full.
A participant who does not pass two or more modules must repeat the in-person training in full.
Repeated training includes all required modules, practical sessions, exercises and scenario-based assessments. The participant must demonstrate competence under the same assessment conditions and standards.
This process may be repeated until the participant passes.
