Traceable operational decisions

Planning and operational action are derived from structured risk-assessment outputs within SMART. Measures must remain proportionate, justified, and traceable from assessed threat and risk through decision and execution.

This makes the same methodology usable across operational, planning, advisory, crisis, and leadership functions without separating analysis from real-world action.

Legal and professional responsibility

ISA-MKD is an independent training institution and does not act on behalf of a government, military, law-enforcement body, public authority, or international organization. Referenced standards and materials are used for education, context, and professional development.

Participants and their employing organizations remain responsible for legal compliance, risk acceptance, and the implementation of training outside the controlled learning environment.
