Code of Conduct

Participant commitments

• Use acquired knowledge, techniques, and methodologies only for legitimate, lawful, and professional purposes.
• Follow applicable national and international law, regulation, and professional standards.
• Protect confidential training materials, scenarios, operational content, and restricted information.
• Avoid conduct that endangers people, compromises safety, or damages the integrity of the security profession.
• Represent ISA-MKD certification truthfully and responsibly.

Prohibited conduct

• Misuse of acquired skills or knowledge.
• Criminal, violent, unsafe, or unethical activity.
• Disclosure of confidential training or operational material.
• Misrepresentation of certification status or competence.
• Any action that compromises legality, safety, or professional integrity.

Consequences of a serious breach

A breach may result in certificate invalidation or revocation, permanent exclusion from ISA-MKD programmes, notification of an employer, sponsor, or professional body where applicable, and reporting to a competent authority when required by law.

Acceptance of this Code is required before any ISA-MKD training begins.
