- Assessment tasks, scenarios, instructions, answer keys, and evaluation content.
- Operational examples, participant information, and sensitive material disclosed during training.
- Restricted elements of the SMART methodology that are supplied for professional training use.
Permitted professional use
Participants may apply learned principles and methods lawfully within their professional role. They may not publish, upload, distribute, reproduce, sell, or disclose protected ISA-MKD material without written authorization.
Copies must be handled securely and access must be limited to persons who are properly authorized. Any suspected loss or unauthorized disclosure should be reported to ISA-MKD promptly.
Breach of confidentiality
Unauthorized disclosure may result in failed assessment, withdrawal from training, revocation of certification, permanent exclusion, employer or sponsor notification where appropriate, and referral to a competent authority when legally required.
