Fees & Payment

Course fees

• An invoice is issued only after the Training Director approves admission.
• Course fees must be paid in full before training begins unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
• Payment reserves a place in the selected course.
• Prices are stated in EUR and exclude applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
• On-site fees exclude travel, accommodation, and subsistence unless these are explicitly included.
• Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of enrolment.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Before the course start date, a participant may request either a full refund or transfer to a future available course date.

Once course access has been granted or training materials have been issued, fees are no longer refundable.

Transfer, rescheduling, and academy cancellation

A participant may request transfer to another available course date before training starts. No administrative penalty applies to an approved rescheduling request.

ISA-MKD may cancel or reschedule training because of participant numbers, instructor availability, safety or operational considerations, force majeure, or another material constraint. Affected participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

ISA-MKD is not responsible for additional participant costs such as travel or accommodation when a course is cancelled or rescheduled.
